Bassingham Primary School is a highly successful single-form primary school catering for children from the age of four to eleven years of age. It is well known for being a happy, caring village school where children come first.
The school achieves its outstanding reputation thanks to the hard working team of dedicated staff, the superb attitude of the pupils and our supportive parents and governors.
We also have a wonderful Pre School and wrap around facility connected to our school.
Our goal is to develop the skills, concepts, attitudes, and moral values necessary for each child to take their place in the world as an active, responsible member of society, capable of achieving as much independence and well being as possible.
We firmly believe that knowing every child, as an individual is vital to success. We are a family and are justifiably proud of our very high standards and outcomes. As a learning community, we aim for excellence and recognise that every member of the school can make a difference to those around them. We aim to provide learners with the firm foundations needed to underpin lifelong learning.
